What VaultClaw is
VaultClaw is a deployment and management platform for OpenClaw, an open-source your AI. We handle the infrastructure. We handle provisioning a private server, keeping it updated, and giving you a dashboard to manage it. Your AI runs on a server you own (provisioned via Hetzner), not on our infrastructure.
What you agree to
By using VaultClaw, you agree to:
- · Use the service for lawful purposes only. No illegal activity.
- · Not attempt to abuse, overload, or exploit the platform or its infrastructure.
- · Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- · Not use VaultClaw to harass, harm, or deceive others.
OpenClaw and what it does
VaultClaw deploys and manages OpenClaw on your behalf. OpenClaw is open-source software maintained by a separate project. We are not responsible for OpenClaw's behavior, outputs, or any consequences resulting from its use. You use OpenClaw at your own discretion.
We do not review, monitor, or control the conversations you have with your AI.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for the current billing period. If you cancel, you keep access until the period ends, then service stops.
If you delete your account, your server is deprovisioned and your data is removed. This is irreversible.
Limitations
VaultClaw is provided as-is. We make no guarantees of uptime, data integrity, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
